Who am I?

I am a woman born to a family of amazingly strong women. From my grandma who moved here from England with 3 young kids and nan who was mom to 12 kids, two of which she lost soon after birth. To my mother who raised 7 kids dealing with postpartum depression for years as well as the typical challenges that come with raising 7 completely different personalities.

I've been lucky to watch my 4 sisters grow and become amazing independent women, 2 of which are unique and gifted mothers of their own children. All around me I have beautiful and strong examples of women and I am proud to represent all of them as I meet, support and learn from all of my awesome clients as well.

I am a mother to 4 perfect kids whom I have worked hard to carry, birth and raise. My latest baby girl was born August 2022 allowing me a fresh perspective on life as a new mom.

My Approach

I have an intense passion for validating and supporting mamas while bringing back the village style of support care. I strongly believe that our culture has robbed moms of the validity in taking time to heal and connect guilt free and hope to be the support and helping hands that brings peace to your birth and postpartum period.
