I'm Rachel, and I'm a doula trained in birth, postpartum and breastfeeding support serving the Lethbridge and Cardston County Areas.
I have a passion for strengthening and supporting mamas in their chosen journey to motherhood, whatever that may look like for you.
Birthing my babies was the most empowering experience for me but I quickly realized how important "the village" is to truly thrive in my transformation. My goal is the bring back the community mothers need to feel loved, supported and nurtured. Let me protect your space during your birth and postpartum so you, your partner and babe can grow, love and nurture together as a new family.

My Education
DONA stands for Doulas of North America and is the world's first and largest doula certifying organization. Founded in 1992, DONA has since certified 13,000 doulas in more than 50 countries.
They are a non profit organization with a mission to create and hold the highest standard of education and perinatal support.
I completed my DONA training for both Birth and Postpartum Doula as well as breastfeeding support for a sum of 56 total hours of training. I am now working towards certification in both areas while I continue to read and research to expand my knowledge to even better serve my clients.
